We locate the manufacturing unit depending on the customer’s expectations and requirements to the ethics, quality, fashion and price.

SAMPLING
We are pleased to arrange development/product samples to the clients at our own cost to ensure meeting the requirements of order selections, color, fitting, fabric and style of the seasons.

INSPECTIONS/FACTORY EVALUATIONS
Our quality assurance team can do inspection on our customer’s behalf to confirm the quality or to have the correct status of running orders. If customers require a social Audit to do by VIRTUOUS FASHION on any factory, our audit team can also do an evaluation and send report.

ORDER EXECUTION
Orders are closely monitored from the sampling stage till shipping. We keep the customers fully informed on every stages of the production process and believe in maintaining pro-active approach to prevent unpredictable problems that could cause delay in on-time delivery.

CONSUMPTIONS AND COSTING
To negotiate better prices with customer’s we can provide the consumptions of the fabric and other cost breakdowns if necessary.

PAPER PATTERNS
Our experienced pattern makers can generate, develop or grade patterns. Our customers can have copies for the dale styles, so that they can send the same to all their different suppliers to achieve same fit and cuts.

REPORTING
As the part of all multistage inspections, the execution of purchase order is closely monitored and send status/reports by email every week to the clients in order to view the production processes.

LABORATORY TESTS
We test our products according to buyers’ specifications. Usually we use our in house tests or as if customer nominate third parties such as BV, ITS, SGS etc.

DOCUMENTATION AND SHIPPING CO-ORDINATION
We collect and check all the documents related order processing, shipping, audit relatives and other as per customer’s requirements and instructions. Also send the documents to the customers well in advance for corrections if necessary.
